Simon has over 30 years’ experience in IT with the last 20 years in Data and Storage networking with a focus on Data Security. Simon has spent most of the last 10 years speaking at customer and trade events and evangelising new technologies. Simon has held senior positions in a number of high tech organisations such as EMC, HPe, Silver Peak, XtremeIO, Brocade and many more. Most recently Simon has focused on the impact of data loss to a business through breaches or ransomware and how to mitigate that Risk by focusing on protecting the data itself via technologies like Certes.
