As a strategic and business planning expert, Nigel uses data to identify gaps in performance to implement and enhance strategies. He has expertise in reviewing the financial landscape of a business holistically, providing recommendations on how to improve its effectiveness. He has a proven track record of successfully building relationships and diverse teams to develop roadmaps, programmes and projects which deliver measurable returns.
Nigel has also worked extensively with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) teams, helping them identify opportunities for growth through new acquisitions or divestitures.
