Leigh has worked in financial services her entire career spanning a number of organisations including Lloyds Bank, Scottish Widows and more latterly SPW. Her current role was created to lead on the Workplace Wellbeing agenda, promoting the importance of financial wellbeing to both individuals and employers across the UK.
