Ian Jeffery is an independent management consultant based in London, UK. His specialism is in the management and leadership of law firms and other professional services businesses. Along with his consulting work he acts as an adviser to high potential businesses in the legal tech space.
Ian qualified as a solicitor and became a partner at London law firm Lewis Silkin in 1998, specialising in intellectual property and information technology disputes.
Ian was elected Managing Partner of Lewis Silkin in 2005. He served fifteen years in that role, leading the growth of the firm domestically and internationally, achieving recognition nine years running as a Sunday Times Best 100 Company to Work For and earning an individual lifetime achievement award in 2020.
Ian holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School and has served on the boards of a number of major charities.
