As a Speaker of ‘The London Law Expo 2023’, please ensure that you read the below information carefully.
Presentation / PowerPoint Slides + Deadline for Submission
If you are intending to use a PowerPoint Presentation, (in accordance with production timelines) we will need to receive your PowerPoint Presentation no later than 5pm on 27th september, to enable us to include your presentation within the presentation stream format.
As our technicians need to format the entire program 2 weeks prior to the event before sending to the venue for testing, unfortunately we cannot extend this deadline and any presentation received following this date will not be included within the program and a single slide containing the name of the presentation, presenter and firm / company will be uploaded to the presentation stream. We also kindly ask that as Netlaw Media runs a very tight event program, when planning your presentation, please do keep within the time limit which has been allocated for your specific slot.
If you are intending to use a PowerPoint Presentation, please make sure you complete the below form as soon as possible, and prior to the deadline stated above.
Please Note: Due to in-house production formats, we unfortunately cannot accept any other format for presentations other than PowerPoint in a 16:9 Ratio (this includes presentations sent as a pdf or any other presentation based format). Due to past issues including stage breakdowns and programme timing delays caused by speakers attempting to run presentations from personal laptops, we no longer wire any lectern or presentation screen from any laptop, and therefore, we cannot offer any speaker the opportunity to run a presentation from their own laptop on the day of the event.
