With over 20 years’ experience as an HR leader and consultant in the professional services sector, Rachel has a wealth of knowledge in people and talent development.
Rachel was appointed to her role in July 2016, having previously worked as a consultant to the firm.
She is responsible for working with the partnership to set and drive the firm’s people strategy. Rachel has a particular interest and expertise in employee engagement, talent management and inclusion and diversity.
Rachel embarked on her HR career at Accenture, before moving on to Linklaters, where she progressed into a number of senior roles as part of the global HR leadership team. In 2012, Rachel set up her own HR consultancy business working with a variety of clients across the legal and healthcare sectors.
