Having joined in 2016, Mark is responsible for providing strategic leadership to guide the Moneypenny Group’s business development and account management initiatives. Mark helps to shape the business’s long-term corporate strategy through identification of new partnerships, acquisitions and service offerings.
With a background in M&A at Ernst & Young LLP and PwC, Mark has played a crucial role in recognising, transacting and integrating the value-enhancing acquisitions executed to date by Moneypenny. Mark was also heavily involved in Moneypenny’s 2018 fund raise, which saw ECI Partners invest in the group’s growth strategy.
Since Mark’s appointment, the Moneypenny Group has grown 400% and transformed into an international business, with 25% of its revenues derived from the US.
Mark has a passion for exceptional customer service, which means he constantly has his finger on the pulse of innovation. He’s always exploring ways in which Moneypenny can do more for clients, including blending humans and automation to create the ultimate customer experience.
