Lucinda Soon is a legal ethics and regulatory lawyer, organisational psychologist, and academic consultant to the legal sector. Her work focuses on creating ethical and healthy workplaces in law using data and evidence. Lucinda works with professional bodies, regulators, legal sector not-for-profits and other stakeholder organisations to research and develop evidence-based policies at the profession-wide level, while using rigorous academic methods and the best available evidence to help law firms and in-house legal teams create ethical and healthy working environments at the organisational level. Lucinda is a Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Business and Law at Birkbeck, University of London, and a Visiting Lecturer at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. She serves as a Trustee for LawCare, the mental health and wellbeing charity for the UK legal profession and is a Commissioner for the International Bar Association (IBA) Professional Wellbeing Commission.
