Hilary has numerous roles working within professional services and innovation, including work on the UKRI funded Next Generation Services research project focused on AI adoption in legal and accounting. As a Knowledge Exchange Senior Research Fellow, Hilary lead on industry engagement, bridging the gap between law and accountancy firm leaders and the multi-institution academic team to co-develop an industry tool kit based on design thinking principles to aid AI readiness.
Away from the research side, Hilary is Executive Lead for West Midlands based cluster body SuperTech, building out the regional ecosystem for professional services technology.
