Ben is the Sales Director, UK, at Actionstep, a fully SaaS-based legal practice management system that helps law firms scale, grow, and deliver exceptional client service. In this role, Ben leads Actionstep’s go-to-market strategy across the UK, including sales strategy, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Before joining Actionstep, Ben was Senior Sales Director at TechnologyOne, where he led the UK go-to-market strategy for the Higher and Further Education division, driving adoption of its unified SaaS ERP platform. Previously, he spent seven years at Civica in senior sales leadership roles, most notably as Sales Director for the Case Management division, where he oversaw enterprise software delivery across legal, records, and case management markets. His earlier leadership of Civica’s BPO division further expanded his expertise in managing large-scale contracts and revenue growth within the public and private sectors.
